When contacting support

Confirm that you are using the latest available version of Instructor A&E.
Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred and what you expected to happen.
For report issues, tell us whether the problem occurred while generating, opening, sharing or saving the PDF.
For Observable Behaviour suggestions, include the type of observation and the behaviour you expected the app to suggest. Do not send confidential trainee information unless it is necessary for support.
